Dr. Marco Pomati is a Professor of Social Research Methods and Social Policy at the School of Social Sciences, Cardiff University. He holds degrees from the University of Bristol, the London School of Economics, and Goldsmiths University. His research focuses on poverty measurement, living standards analysis, and social policy evaluation using advanced quantitative methods. He has led numerous funded projects with international partners, including work for Eurostat, UNICEF, and the ESRC, aiming to improve poverty measurement globally.
