Marco Montali is a Full Professor in Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, process science, and data-aware systems, emphasizing the integration of model-driven and data-driven techniques. He holds a BEng, MEng, and PhD from the University of Bologna. His work bridges AI, formal methods, and process mining, with over 250 publications and significant contributions to declarative process modeling and runtime verification.
