Marco Bassini is an Assistant Professor of Fundamental Rights and Artificial Intelligence at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) at Tilburg University. Previously, he held roles as Adjunct Professor of Constitutional Law and Internet Law at Bocconi University (Milan), where he also coordinated the LLM Program in Law of Internet Technology (2020–2023) and served as a postdoctoral researcher (2017–2021). He earned his PhD from the University of Verona in 2016 and was a postdoctoral Emile Noël Fellow at New York University. His research focuses on AI regulation, digital governance, and privacy in the digital age.
