Dr. Emre Bayamlioğlu is a postdoctoral researcher at Tilburg Law School's Public Law & Governance department (Tilburg University). He holds a PhD from Marmara University (2007) and LLM from Southampton University (UK). Previously served as assistant professor at Koç University (2010-2015), doctoral researcher at TILT (2015-2020), and postdoctoral researcher at KU Leuven's CITIP (2020-2022).
