Marcella Ponsen serves as a Lecturer at Utrecht University within the Sport and Society department under the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance. Her institutional affiliation spans the Department of Public Administration and Organizational Science, where she delivers courses including Consulting Science, Policy Analysis, and the Leadership in Culture (LinC) executive program.
Her educational background includes a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam (2001) and Education Science studies. She has extensive international experience working with expatriates and multicultural teams across multiple countries.
Research focuses on organizational anthropology, leadership development in cultural contexts, diversity initiatives, and intercultural communication dynamics.
