Marcel Brus is a Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Groningen, affiliated with the Department of Transboundary Legal Studies. He holds a Ph.D. from Leiden University (1995) and has taught internationally, including part-time at Oxford University (1997–2002).
