Marc V. Rugani is Assistant Professor of Theology and Director of the Center for Ethics at Saint Anselm College, with degrees from Georgetown University, University of Notre Dame, and Catholic University of America. His research examines medical ethics, social ethics, and Catholic social teaching through Thomistic frameworks.
Publications explore human development ethics, protest rights in liberation theology, and responses to posthumanism. Recent works include analyses of virtue ethics in development (2021) and the capability approach in Catholic social doctrine (2023-2024).
He teaches Conversatio sequences, Medical Ethics, Christian Social Ethics, and Biblical Theology.
