Marc PELTIER is a Lecturer in Private Law at Université Côte d’Azur and an active member of the ERMES Laboratory. He specializes in sports law, comparative law (notably US and UK systems), and the interplay between private and public law. He teaches across undergraduate and master’s programs, including Sports Law, UK Constitutional Law, Labour Law, and Introduction to Law.
