Marc DALLOZ is an Associate Professor at SKEMA Business School, specializing in Law & Humanities. He holds a Doctorate (2001) and Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies (1996) from Université Côte d'Azur, France. His research focuses on Criminal Law, Penal Law, European Law, Contract Law, and Sports Law, with particular emphasis on collaborative economy regulation, corporate liability, and immigration policy.
He has held visiting professorships at institutions in Morocco, Ukraine, and France, including roles at Mundiapolis, IAE Nice, and Université Côte d'Azur. Since 2020, he has served as Vice-President of Université Côte d'Azur's board of directors, reflecting his leadership in academic governance.
His publications span criminal law theory, European contract law, and legal responses to modern issues like cyberbullying and sports governance. Key works include co-authored volumes on criminal law fundamentals and a practical guide addressing school bullying.
