Marc Nihoul is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Namur, and a prominent figure in public, constitutional, and administrative law. He serves as President of the Scientific College of the Wallonia-Brussels School of Public Administration and Editor-in-chief of the Chronicles of Public Law. He directs the Collection of the Faculty of Law of Namur and co-leads research projects on urban security, healthcare law, and fundamental rights.
