Marc Morris

Marc Morris is Dean and Professor at the College of Business and Analytics, Southern Illinois University (SIU). He earned a bachelor’s degree in university studies with business administration emphasis, MBA in finance, doctorate in accounting, and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin. With affiliations dating back to 2004, he progressed from instructor to professor while holding cross appointments in the SIU School of Law.

His awards include the School of Accountancy Lecturer of the Year (2007, 2002). Morris has served on university committees including Graduate Council Chair and Chancellor’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. He previously held leadership roles in financial planning for Cook County and Siemens-ICN, and serves on boards such as the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Illinois.
