Marc J. Whiten

Judge (Ret.) Marc J. Whiten is a Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School and a member of its Board of Trustees. After retiring from the judiciary in 2018, he transitioned to academia, focusing on legal practice and mentorship. He previously served for 12 years as a Criminal Court Judge and Acting Justice in Bronx Supreme Court, with notable published decisions like People v. Klapper on computer privacy.
