Manyu Moravenov

Assoc. Prof. Manyu Moravenov, PhD is a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a long-standing lecturer at VUZF University, Sofia. He is affiliated with the VUZF Lab Research Center and serves as a leading lecturer in courses such as "Electronic Exchanges," "Alternative Investment," and "International Real Estate Markets."

Research Interests: His expertise spans over 20 years in finance and investment, with a focus on real estate markets, capital markets, creditworthiness assessment, and corporate financing mechanisms. He actively explores processes in IPOs, equity financing, bond issuance, and bank financing.
