Manuela ȚIMBOLSCHI-PREOTEASA is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences (FJSC), University of Bucharest, specializing in Media Ownership, Internet Governance, and Media Ethics. She holds a Doctorate in Communication Sciences (2011) focused on post-communist media ownership structures, a Master’s in Media Institutions Management (2003), and a Bachelor’s in Journalism (1999).

Her publications span media ownership dynamics, deontological frameworks, and post-communist media evolution, reflecting collaborations with institutions like the Center for Independent Journalism and SEENPM. She is affiliated with the SPARTA Research Center and serves on the university’s quality assurance committee.
