Manuel DeJesus Ron is an Assistant Professor of Business at Mercy University's School of Business, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in finance, quantitative methods, and business law. He holds leadership roles including former Director of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management programs, and served as Assistant Dean of Graduate Business. His professional background spans international investing, board roles, and operational leadership in financial technology and investment firms.
Education: BA in Economics from St. John’s University (Distinguished Military Graduate), JD from St. John’s University School of Law, and MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Admitted to practice law in NY state/federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Research interests include corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital protection strategies, and leadership development. Professional ventures include founding Afach Technologies Corp, Invescore Group (Saudi/UK/US), and serving as CEO of Integration Capital in Saudi Arabia. Military service: US Army Captain with combat engineering roles in Korea, Central America, and Gulf operations.
