John P. Clarke, Esq. is a Visiting Professor and former Chair of the Department of Law at St. John’s University’s Peter J. Tobin College of Business. He holds a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law (1957) and has been in private legal practice since 1958, specializing in Trusts and Estates. Returning as Visiting Professor in 2007, he teaches courses like LAW 1310H (LAW: BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT (HON)). His expertise includes estate planning, probate litigation, and Legal Ethics. He also serves as a Special Referee for Attorney Discipline for the New York Supreme Court.
