Prof. Manon Savard is a Professor of Human Geography of the Environment and Archaeology at Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR). She co-founded the Laboratoire d'archéologie et de patrimoine and leads archaeological initiatives in Eastern Québec alongside Prof. Nicolas Beaudry. Her work focuses on archaeobotanical studies, societal-environmental relationships, and agricultural origins in the Levant.
