Man Yiu Tsang

Man Yiu Tsang will join the Department of Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering at Texas Tech University as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2025. His methodological research focuses on data-driven stochastic optimization, applied to critical domains in financial risk management, healthcare operations, and transportation logistics.
