Malini Ranganathan is Associate Professor at American University's School of International Service, specializing in environmental justice, caste/race dynamics, and urban political ecology. Her research examines land, labor, and ecological politics in Bangalore and Washington, DC, connecting colonial histories with contemporary climate justice struggles.
