Dr. Malinda Lee Whitlow is an Associate Professor and Director of the RN to BSN program at the University of Virginia (UVA) School of Nursing. A triple UVA alumna (BSN, MSN, DNP), she previously taught at George Washington University, directing its ABSN program. Her roles include teaching medical-surgical nursing, pharmacology, and community health, alongside supervising clinicals and mentoring students through capstone projects. Whitlow is known for global health initiatives, leading clinical trips to Haiti and Ecuador. Her awards include the 2025 Armstead Robinson Faculty Award and recognition for mentoring and DEI contributions.
