Maik Nwosu is a Professor of English and Chair of the Department of English & Literary Arts at the University of Denver's College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. Previously a journalist, he holds a Ph.D. in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University (2005). His research focuses on African, African Diaspora, postcolonial, and world literatures, alongside semiotics and critical theory.
