Mahmud Rahman is an Associate Professor at the School of Engineering of Santa Clara University, affiliated with the Department of Electrical Engineering. With a Ph.D. from Tokyo Institute of Technology (1984), he has led research in the Electron Devices Laboratory (EDL) for over a decade, focusing on microelectronics and semiconductor technology.
