Mahmoud Ahmed is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Civil and Urban Engineering at the Tandon School of Engineering, New York University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York with 15 years of experience at the New York State Department of Transportation, managing large-scale infrastructure projects like the Route 9A Reconstruction and Kosciuszko Bridge Replacement.
