Mahesh Subramony is a Presidential Research Professor and Professor of Management at Northern Illinois University's College of Business, Department of Management. He holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, along with advanced degrees in Applied Psychology and Psychology from the University of Delhi.
