Heather McGee

Dr. Heather McGee is a Professor and Program Chair of the Industrial Organizational Behavior Management (IOBM) program in the Department of Psychology at Western Michigan University. She holds a B.S. (1998), M.A. (2003), and Ph.D. (2004) from Western Michigan University. Her research focuses on behavioral systems analysis, behavior-based safety, and instructional technology. Dr. McGee co-founded Performance Blueprints, a consulting firm specializing in organizational performance solutions for small businesses and human service settings.
