Magne Frostad is a Professor of International Law and Vice Dean for Research at the Faculty of Law, UiT The Arctic University of Norway. His work focuses on international law, constitutional law, maritime law, and armed conflict, particularly examining legal frameworks for military use of the sea, security policy, and human rights.
