Magdalena Wrzesińska is a Lecturer at the Medical University of Lodz (MUL) and Head of the Department of Psychosocial Rehabilitation. She specializes in public health, healthcare innovation, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Since 2017, she has served as a tutor in The European Training Consortium in Public Health and Health Promotion (ETC-PHHP). From 2019, she has managed projects under the EIT Health initiative, focusing on supporting students, PhD candidates, researchers, medical staff, and entrepreneurs. In 2023, she and her team became involved in implementing EU-funded projects SHIFT2Health and CO-CAPTAIN, which aim to advance health promotion and healthcare innovation.
Her research interests emphasize the intersection of psychosocial rehabilitation with public health strategies, particularly through innovative approaches to healthcare delivery and policy implementation. She actively contributes to international health initiatives, including organizing major conferences like the 12th European Conference on Health Promotion and the 7th International Conference on Salutogenesis.
