Roles and Affiliations: Distinguished Professor Magdalena Plebanski is a leader in immunology and bioengineering research at RMIT University, serving as Director of the Biomedical & Health Innovation Enabling Impact Platform (BHI EIP) and Head of the Translational Immunology and Nanotechnology Theme. She leads the Cancer, Ageing, and Vaccines Laboratory within the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences. Her roles include mentoring researchers across disciplines and driving initiatives like the 'Pathways to Healthy Ageing' project.
Education and Career Highlights: Plebanski holds honorary fellowships from the University of Oxford and has held adjunct professorships at Monash University and the University of Tasmania.
