Kylie Quinn

Dr. Kylie Quinn is a **Senior Lecturer in Laboratory Medicine** and **Vice-Chancellor’s Research Fellow** at RMIT University. She leads the **Ageing and Immunotherapies research group**, focusing on optimizing T cell immunity in older individuals through vaccination and cell-based therapies. Her work addresses challenges in CAR T cell therapy and vaccine efficacy for aging populations, with a particular emphasis on understanding mechanisms limiting T cell activation. She has held prior roles as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Monash University and the University of Melbourne, and a Visiting Fellow at the NIH, USA.

**Awards**: Quinn has been recognized for her research and public engagement, including the 2021 ASI Public Engagement Award, 2020 RMIT Rising Media Star Award, 2019 John and Eileen Haddon Award for Geriatric Research, and multiple Best Oral Presentation Prizes.
