Magda Raczynska is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Laws, University College London. She specializes in private law, focusing on commercial transactions, contract enforceability, secured transactions (including floating charges), and the role of equity in codified laws. Her research employs comparative law methodologies and addresses issues like tracing assets and good faith in contracts.
