Magali Marcheschi

Magali Marcheschi is a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. She specializes in manufacturing fields including foundry, welding, sheet metal, and plastics engineering. In collaboration with Professor Jean-Marc Frayret, she leads the Prisme project course, an experiential work-study program supporting student transitions to professional practice.

Her research interests focus on pedagogical approaches in engineering education, particularly for manufacturing processes. She contributes to sustainable engineering education frameworks and has published recent work on codesign methodologies and script concordance assessment in technical training contexts.

Affiliated with the Poly-Industries 4.0 Laboratory, Marcheschi emphasizes practical training and curriculum innovation.
