Dr. Madison Stevens is a Lecturer in Law at Southampton Law School, University of Southampton, where she teaches foundational and advanced legal courses including Law of Torts, Foundations of Contract Law, Remedies in Contract and Tort, and Engineering Law and Management. She holds a PhD, LLM, and LLB (Hons) with her doctoral research focusing on maritime risk governance.
Her research explores the intersection of private commercial frameworks and public regulation, with specific expertise in:
