Dr. Madeleine Wyatt is a Reader in Diversity and Inclusion at King’s Business School, King’s College London, and a Leverhulme Research Fellow. Her research focuses on equality, diversity, inclusion, organizational politics, and political leadership. She teaches diversity modules and collaborates with the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership on gender-inclusive executive education. As Chair of the Business School’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion committee, she leads the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Work Hub, supported by The Leverhulme Trust and The Female Lead.
Her expertise spans equality and inclusion policies, occupational psychology, and leadership journeys. She holds a PhD in Psychology (2012, City University London), an MSc in Organizational Psychology, and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She serves on committees for the British Psychological Society’s Occupational Psychology Division and Political Psychology Section.
Her research outputs include peer-reviewed articles in Harvard Business Review, Leadership Quarterly, and Human Relations, as well as book chapters on work psychology and political psychology. Her grants include projects on digital-age office politics and health-sector inclusion initiatives.
