Madeleine Mill

Madeleine Mill is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Health at Southern Cross University, combining clinical expertise in emergency and intensive care nursing with higher education. She holds a Master of Clinical Nursing (Emergency Nursing) from the University of Tasmania (2020–2022) and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Notre Dame Australia (2012–2016). Her research aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3, 5, and 16), focusing on workplace violence, gender equality in healthcare, and fostering inclusive education.

Teaching roles include leading the Foundations of Health Assessment unit for nursing students, integrating clinical placements, laboratory sessions, and online activities. She also teaches across the Bachelor of Nursing, Enrolled Nurse to Registered Nurse pathway, and Master of Nursing programs, emphasizing evidence-based practice and student empowerment.
