Madeleine French is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in the Department of Nutrition and Integrative Physiology at the University of Utah. Her roles include teaching, research, and service in the field of nutrition science. She holds certifications as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Her research focuses on mindful eating, culinary medicine, and nutrition education evaluation.
