Machiel Lamers

Machiel Lamers is a Professor in Tourism and Environmental Change at Wageningen University & Research (WUR), Netherlands. His work bridges sustainable tourism, nature conservation, climate adaptation, and environmental governance, focusing on coastal and marine destinations in the Arctic, Antarctic, Caribbean, and Indonesia.
