Maartje Leemans is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente, affiliated with the Biomedical Device Design and Production (BDDP) group within the Department of Biomechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering Technology. Her work focuses on user-centric and circular medical device design, particularly for rehabilitation applications in oncology.
