Maarten de Groot

Maarten de Groot is an Endowed Professor of Resilient Family Business and Enterprise Families at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam School of Business and Economics. He serves as Director of the VU Center for Enterprise Family Research (CEFR) and Program Director of the Responsible Ownership for Enterprise Families (ROEF) program. His research focuses on family governance, wealth preservation, and the socio-emotional dynamics of enterprise families.

Education: PhD in Management & Organisation from VU School of Business and Economics.
