MARIA INES TOMAS MARCO is a Professor in the Department of Methodology of the Behavioral Sciences at the University of Valencia. She is affiliated with the Institute for Research in the Psychology of Human Resources and Organizational Development (IDOCAL) and the Spanish Association of Behavioral Sciences Methodology (AEMCCO). Her research focuses on psychometrics, psychological measurement, and organizational behavior.
