Lyris Snowden

Lyris Snowden is a Lecturer in Transition and Work Integrated Learning at the School of Education and Tertiary Access, University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC), Queensland, Australia. She specializes in STEM tertiary education pathways, slow scholarship, bioscience, and sustainability, with expertise in work integrated learning, probiotics, and bacterial translocation. Her teaching areas include Workplace Learning (TPP109), Biology (UCC109 and TPP103). She previously taught undergraduate microbiology and cell biology and facilitated industry placements for third-year students in Australia and internationally.
