Lynne Valek serves as Associate Professor & Program Director in the Organizational Psychology department at Alliant International University's California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) in Fresno, where she has taught graduate courses for over 20 years.

Research Focus: Dr. Valek's work integrates systems thinking and sustainability into organizational development, emphasizing conscious capitalism and cultural transformation through collaborative dialogue. Her research bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in change management and leadership development.

Professional Contributions: With dual careers in television (as an award-winning art director) and organizational development, she has served as executive coach, consultant, and OD specialist across non-profits, healthcare systems, and global enterprises. Currently she serves on the Editorial Review Board of the peer-reviewed Organization Development Practitioner journal.
