Lynnaire Sheridan is an Honorary Fellow at the School of Business, University of Wollongong (2022–present). She holds academic roles as a Chartered Member (Academic) at Human Resources New Zealand and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK). Her research focuses on addressing complex socio-cultural and economic challenges through interdisciplinary approaches, with applications in workplace health and safety, tourism, global migration, and higher education equity.
She has secured internal funding for collaborative education initiatives (e.g., 'Growing global: A UOW and UOWD model', 2018), and actively contributes to institutional governance via roles in the UOW Attrition Working Group and Faculty of Business Research Committee. Teaching expertise spans Work Integrated Learning, Health and Safety Management, and curriculum development using learner-centered strategies.
