Lynn Maelia

Professor Lynn Maelia is a Professor of Chemistry and Chair of the Division of Natural Sciences at Mount Saint Mary College (MSMC). She holds a B.S. from Wilkes College and a Ph.D. from Stony Brook University. Her research focuses on Analytical Chemistry, particularly chemical analysis of hookah smoke, and Inorganic Chemistry involving metal complexes and structural models. She has authored/co-authored books and articles on topics ranging from green chemistry laboratory practices to iron(III) tetrathiolate complexes.
