Dr. Lynn Machin is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Education, Staffordshire University, within the Health, Education, Policing and Sciences School. She specializes in transformational learning across international and cross-cultural contexts, particularly in post-compulsory education and training (PCET). Her roles include leading and delivering PhD/EdD, MA, PGCIE, and MA (Eds) programs globally, including in Sub-Saharan Africa and China. She currently supervises 14 doctoral and 4 MA students, with 6 successfully completed PhD/EdD candidates.
Her academic background includes a Doctor of Education (EdD) from the University of Nottingham, focusing on trainees' learning experiences in initial teacher education.
