Lynn LeMoine is an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Dean of Students at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering a student-centered environment that supports academic success and emotional wellbeing. She is particularly committed to advancing inclusivity for underrepresented groups in the legal profession.

Her primary research and professional interests focus on law student and lawyer wellbeing, promoting a culture of mutual care in legal education. She is deeply involved in dispute resolution, particularly mediation and negotiation training, and integrates these into both her teaching and coaching roles. Her interdisciplinary background in music and law informs her holistic approach to legal education and student support.
Lynn has been actively involved in coaching ABA negotiation and mediation competition teams since 2010 and has taught in the Foundations of Practice program since 2018. Her work reflects a strong commitment to experiential learning and professional development.

Lynn LeMoine is a licensed attorney in Minnesota and a qualified neutral mediator under Rule 114, with extensive volunteer experience in mediation. She has held various roles at Mitchell Hamline and previously at Hamline University School of Law, including Assistant Director of Admissions and adjunct teaching in the Mediation Clinic. She currently leads student affairs and supports a climate of inclusion and wellness in legal education.
