Lymperakis Liverios

Prof. Lymperakis Liverios is an Associate Professor at the Department of Physics, University of Crete, and an Associated Researcher at IESL-FORTH. He holds a BSc (1997) and MSc (2000) in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and a PhD (2005) from Universität Paderborn. His research focuses on computational materials design, with expertise in first-principles calculations and multiscale modeling of semiconductor surfaces, epitaxial growth, nanomaterials (2D/1D), and defects in structural materials.
