Dr. Lyle Hamm is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of New Brunswick. His scholarship examines culturally responsive leadership in diverse educational settings, social justice frameworks, and school culture transformation. He teaches graduate courses in educational administration and culturally responsive leadership.
