Dr. Lydia Turner is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the School of Psychology at the University of Sussex. She also serves as Programme Director for Postgraduate Courses in Therapeutic Practice. Her work focuses on qualitative research methodologies, particularly autoethnography, and clinical psychology practices like CBT. She has contributed to influential academic publications in both research methodologies and therapeutic practices.
Her research interests include advancing qualitative research frameworks, exploring cross-cultural applications of autoethnographic methods, and developing therapeutic education programs. She has co-authored key texts such as CBT for Anxiety for Dummies and edited volumes on autoethnography's global and cultural dimensions.
