Luís Nuno Rodrigues is a Full Professor in the Department of History at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where he also directs the PhD in International Studies. He is an Integrated Researcher at CEI-Iscte - Center for International Studies, focusing on Global Politics and Security. He holds a PhD in American History from the University of Wisconsin and a PhD in Modern and Contemporary History from ISCTE-IUL, and has served as a Visiting Professor at Brown University.
