Lutz Kaiser

Lutz Kaiser is a Professor of Socio-Economics and Public Marketing at the Hochschule für Polizei und öffentliche Verwaltung Nordrhein-Westfalen (HSPV NRW), where he has been teaching and conducting research since 2009. He is affiliated with the Department of Economics within the Faculty of Public Administration. His academic and research leadership spans multiple institutions, including the Research Institute for Human Resource Management (IPM) and SOSIUM.
